What are your charges?
Our current rate is £50/hr plus VAT. There is no call out charge but a minimum of 1hr applies to all visits. After 1hr we charge in 15 minute increments.
What areas do you cover?
We operate anywhere within the M25.
I have a plumbing emergency. Help!
Please call us on 01234 567890 and we’ll get to you as soon as we can. If possible turn off your water. The stopcock is normally found under your kitchen sink. Turn this tap clockwise until it stops. This should hopefully prevent any further water escaping until we arrive.
